Indoor Family Games for Drizzly Days

Photo from the web

It’s raining outside and the kids can’t get out and play their favorite ball game.

We all know that the gloomy weather can also affect and swing their moods. We can cheer them up and boost their spirits initially by cooking and serving them delectable cupcakes or cookies together with their favorite juice flavors. The aroma of home baked goodies will put a smile on their faces.

We can entice them to play indoor games and do other inside activities. We have to find different great rainy-day play-offs that will keep them pre-occupied. Toddlers and pre-schoolers will enjoy indoor dens, hand puppets and newspaper golf or watching their favorite cartoon characters on DVDs. Young boys can have fun with board games like chess, Chinese checkers and lively activities like pillow fights and balancing board while daddy is busy clicking with on Foxy Bingo.

Young girls and pre-teens can get pleasure from memory games, dressing up their Barbie dolls, reading pocketbooks, singing and listening to their favorite music. While puzzles like Sudoku, Crosswords, Anagrams, Doublets, Riddles, Trivia and card games can be interesting to young adults.

Adult games may include the use of computers, our grandmas and grandpas may find it fascinating to play Online Bingo once in awhile, a kind of board game that they used to play during their younger days which was then played by the use of board cards. Unavailability of bingo cards will be of no problem for they can be entertained by playing it online.

No matter what the age is, stormy weather will not hinder exciting and amusing activities that can be best enjoyed inside the comforts of our homes.
