Notepad Corner’s First Annual Report, 2011

As the year ends, we always tend to look back on the things that happened throughout the entire year, so here I would like to share you a recap of what transpired in my blogging career for the year 2011.
I began to open Notepad Corner in public last November 9, 2010. At first, I was so anxious, thinking of nobody might be interested to read on my page, fearful that I may not be able to maintain it with my daily hectic schedule. But, thankfully through my dear friend Mhel“Blankpixels” patience, constant guidance and help, I slowly developed the confidence to write on a regular basis. The page talks about life, family. parenting, home and housekeeping, home improvement and anything that could be of essence to one’s daily living.
I first tried to create a blog on May 5, 2009 but I was not able to pursue with it due to lack of time. March 18, 2011 I revived my old blog and Joy’s Flair was born. A blog which addresses lifestyle, fashion, beauty and reviews.
Because we are a family who loves to eat, I also thought of creating a food blog, so March 28, 2011, I bring forth Delectable Ideas.
Mhel had given my Notepad Corner domain as a birthday gift on January, 2011, and as her support continuous, she once again gave me a house warming gift as she dressed-up my main blog with a new theme/layout that I dearly loved and cherished. I am so grateful to you Mhel, your countless ways of support made me a blogging addict ahaha.
July, 2011, was my first blogging accomplishment as my Notepad Corner blog garnered a Page Rank 2 on Google Page Rank update. Hurray! That was really a big bang! My Joy’s Flair earned a PR1 and as of this writing Delectable Ideas is already PR2.
Another overwhelming blogging achievement came my way when MomCenter Philippines became a Blog Partner of Notepad Corner in July, 2011
Come September 2011, Notepad Corner was recognized, attained the fifth (5th) rank in the Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs 2011.
October 9, 2011, I brought a health, beauty, fitness and wellness blog into existence as I launched Fit and Sound.
The year 2011 is indeed a good year as it gave me an overwhelming happiness as I achieved merits in blogging and gained so many friends from the blogging world with PMC Mommies as special mention. From the first day up to this time I still consider myself a greenapple, I still need to learn a lot like more knowledge on blogging techniques, gaining more blog traffic, SEO and others. As I slowly learn the bits and pieces I look forward for a better blogger in me as I welcome 2012.
Hep, hep, hurray to a fruitful blogging year for you, sis. I'm sure 2012 will be a much better one for you! Congratulations!

Ikinagagalak po rin namin na matulungan ang aming paaralan na magkaroon ng laptop ang aming mga mag aaral upang sa gayon ay makakita at makahawak din po sila ng ganitong makabagong teknolohiya na nakikita lang po nila sa poster na itinuturo ng guro, sa kadahilanang hindi namin kayang magkaroon ng ganitong teknolohiya. Dito po kami sa liblib at kabundukang lugar na JULITA, LIBACAO, AKLAN pero nararating naman po ng sasakyan at motorsiklo ang aming paaralan.
