Lamudi is lauded as the number one real estate platform of the Philippines for a reason. The platform sought to prove this point further. In this year’s two-day housing fair, an extensive selection of property offerings was offered. These selections were provided by a few of the country’s biggest industry tycoons: SMDC, The Hauslands, Taft Properties, Amiya Raya, Robinsons Communities, Grand Monaco, BPI Family Housing Loan, Phinma Properties, Ortigas & Company, SandariBatulao, Suntrust, Pag-IBIG Fund, Aspire by Filinvest, Futura by Filinvest and Prestige by Filinvest. Needless to say, the housing fair was successful.

Online Real Estate Marketing Seminars

It wasn’t just the property selling that made the fair successful. The platform gave emphasis on educating and helping real estate professionals. The willing attendees during the seminar were treated to free online real estate marketing trainings from Lamudi Academy’s learning development coaches.  The Top Online Lead Generation Channels, Conversion of Online Leads to Sales and The Power of Lamudiwere among the discussed topics.
Property Discounts and Foreclosure Auction

To help aspiring property seekers, the event has provided two ways. The first was giving away exclusive property discounts, and the second was Unionbank’s property auction at affordable price points.
Homebuying Seminars
For the homebuyers purchasing property for the first time, Lamudi Housing Fair took the initiative. They gave the prospective buyers the lowdown into approaching this important yet challenging project. Representatives of the Pag-IBIG Fund spoke about the End-User Financing Program their Agency held. Meanwhile, the Land Registration Authority helped to guide property seekers in their land titling concerns and questions.

To take things further, the event featured several experts in the various facets of real estate. These speakers imparted their knowledge to the attendees of the event. A talk on Property Photograph was discussed, as well as Interior Design Essentials.

The next Lamudi Housing Fair will be happening on the 20th to 21st of July at Glorietta. It is then followed in September at SM Cebu, and lastly at the SM Mall of Asia in December.

As I already mentioned in my first article, I am a full-time housewife, tending to the daily house chores. Though I have my helper with me, I personally tend to my husband and children's needs.
