  1. Maintaining weight or losing it becomes a lot more difficult when we age or in case of women become menopause but there's the fitness age we can achieve based on how we can carry a lifestyle and by decreasing our fitness age, we fast track our metabolism.

  6. This stage in women's life is quite unpleasant and stressful.  Sudden hot flashes, headache and dizziness sometimes. I witnessed how my mom passed through this menopausal dilemma.  thanks for this post... it can help me when my turn comes.
